Delivery
- Our Delivery charge for any size order costs just £3.95 delivery is available right across the UK and also this includes all non UK mainland addresses.
- We use a variety of couriers that include Royal Mail , Parcel force and DPD , the most suitable of which are chosen on your behalf based on your specific location
- Our cut off times for same day dispatch is 2pm
- Provided your order is placed before the cut-off times above it will be despatched the same day. Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days from despatch, however dependent on time of year and certain areas this may sometimes take a little longer .
- A signature may be required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the address on the day to sign for the package , otherwise a postal calling card may be left advising you the parcel needs to be collected from the local post office named on the card

We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased if the conditions below are met:
- You return the product(s) in question to us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
- You provide order details and number if bought online.
- You return product(s) purchased to us in a resalable condition; unopened and in the same condition you received them.
- You inform us of damaged or faulty items within 48 hours of receipt of the product, ideally with photographic proof.

Damaged or faulty items
Damaged or faulty items will be replaced free of charge or refunded and any return delivery cost will be refunded.
If the product is damaged when the courier arrives at your door, and shows clear signs of breakage or leakage at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and ask the courier to return the goods to us.
In certain situations, the goods may need to be returned for quality analysis. If this is the case we will arrange for collection from you by courier.
Postage
Unless the product itself is faulty we are unable to refund the cost of postage, either on your original order or the cost of returning the item.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 30 days of your notifying us. Please note any reimbursement will be refunded onto the credit or debit card used by you to pay for the original purchase.
